# RTO Dashboard

> What the Entegrata Return to Office Dashboard shows, and who it is built for

## Overview

The RTO (Return to Office) Dashboard shows firm leadership and office managers how people are using the office, and how that compares with the firm's in-office policy.

## What It Shows

* **Policy compliance:** average in-office policy compliance, and how it is trending over time.
* **Days in the office:** average days in the office per week, and average attorney days per month.
* **Busiest days:** in-person attendance by day of the week.
* **Summary:** a practice, department, and office summary of attendance and compliance.
* **Side-by-side comparison:** compare two practice areas next to each other.

Filter by office, department, practice area, title, or individual timekeeper.

*Built from:* timekeepers and employees, presence data, firm holidays, PTO and leave, offices, departments, and practice groups.

  The RTO Dashboard needs presence data, your firm's holiday calendar, and your firm's in-office policy.
